The winner will be determined using Relative Body Fat Percentage Improvement. For example: 

Contestant A starts with 30% body fat and ends with 25% body fat; a 5% improvement. Divide 5% by the starting value of 30% and the Relative Body Fat Improvement is 5 /30 = 16.7%

Contestant B starts with 20% body fat and ends with 17% body fat; a 3% improvement. Divide 3% by the starting value of 20% and the Relative Body Fat Improvement is 3 /20 = 15.0%

Yes. Since we are focused on total body transformation and metabolic health, participants utilizing peptides are fully eligible. Our goal is the result, regardless of the tools used to get there.

Your entry fee covers your participation in the challenge and administrative costs, including the grand prize. As a benefit of the challenge, you receive two DEXA scans (Retail: $150 total) for free.

Standardized Scanning: All participants must scan between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM, fasted (water only), to minimize DEXA errors caused by food volume or glycogen swings.

Hydration: DEXA measures "Lean Mass" by calculating water in the tissue. If a contestant shows a loss of >5% Lean Mass, they are likely dehydrated or under-eating protein and may be penalized in the scoring.

Yes, it really is a cruise! Regardless of how many people join the challenge. Because the specific needs of the winner may vary of when and where they would like to go, and if they want to travel with others, we reserve the right to award a cash prize in lieu of an actual cruise booking, to allow the winner to use the cash to book the perfect cruise for their schedule and needs.

The $50 entry fee is non-refundable. We hope you fight to the end! But if you decide not to finish, you will not receive a refund.

First Tie-breaker: Total pounds of fat mass lost.

Secondary Tie-breaker: Most lean mass gained.

Publicity Release: By entering, you grant GOAT Athletic Spa the right to use your anonymized DEXA data and (if provided) before-and-after photos for marketing and promotional purposes.

Tax Liability: If the grand prize value exceeds $600, the winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and will be issued a 1099-MISC. 

Medical Waiver: This challenge is for educational and motivational purposes. You must consult with a physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition protocol. Participation is at your own risk.
